Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new eyewear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:

• Proof of purchase is included.
• The item is unused, in original condition。
• With all packaging and tags.

How to return:

1. Contact us at info@hazazs.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return postage is at the customer’s expense).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive your return.
