Our Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our eyewear. All products come with a 180 days manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the frame, hinges, or lenses
  • Faults that occur during normal use and care

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper storage
  • Loss or theft

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us at info@hazazs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.

Please note: Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
