We stand behind the quality of our eyewear. All products come with a 180 days manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the frame, hinges, or lenses
- Faults that occur during normal use and care
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper storage
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at info@hazazs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.
