- Free Express Shipping on all orders over AUD $100.
Orders under AUD $100:
- Standard Shipping: $15 (3–6 business days)
- Express Shipping: $20 (1–3 business days)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new eyewear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:
- Proof of purchase is included.
- The item is unused, in original condition。
- With all packaging and tags.
How to return:
- Contact us at info@hazazs.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (return postage is at the customer’s expense).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive your return.
